A private virtual 30-50 minute 1-1 conversation with a life coach where you get to share all about what you really really want, discuss your key concerns and what you believe is in your way, and we’ll together define to how achieve what you want in the most joyful and quickest way to create a happier and fulfilling life for the whole you.

Life Coaching Program (Anywhere over Skype)
This is where the vibrancy begins – you’ve accepted the call to action. When you are committed to turning your life around and becoming the super hero of your life. You’re ready to take control of your destiny. Programs are at least 6-months in length (because it takes 6 months to change habits and create new, long-lasting ones) and 100% customized to you and your individual needs.
Everyone needs a sounding board, sound advice, and someone to see their blind spots. With awareness of those blind spots, your personal growth will greatly accelerate into your desired life. Regular discussions about your journey into your best self as well as encouragement through any road blocks will deepen the life changing experiences creating profound effects on your progress, just as the same occurred for us and others we have coached. Six months will fly by and you’ll only have just begun!
A health coaching program includes…
- Life Changing Kick-start session (see above)
- Two 50 minute sessions via Skype per month (in some circumstances phone/in person)
- E-mail support between sessions
- Self-Assessment tools and questionnaires
- Tools for stress management and personal development
- Potential mindful practices where appropriate
- Invitations to any courses, workshops or talks I may lead during the program
- Dietary meal plans or advice where appropriate

Meet Your Coach

Sam is a pragmatic and compassionate life coach. Spending hours each day looking at the cutting edge research on health, wellness, biology, psychology, and neuroscience, he actively applies and combines scientific knowledge with intrinsic wisdom to produce lasting results with his clients. Currently, Sam has a private coaching practice with clients from the Philadelphia area. He specializes in the wellness of both the body and the mind. He has a bachelor’s in nutrition from Penn State University.

Before you can transform others or your world, you must transform yourself. Within just the last year, Sam transformed his life – in every area of life – lost 30lbs, gained 10lbs of muscle, went from $300k in debt to debt free, and has started several businesses, became a better parent and friend, and found his life’s calling – transforming the lives of others.

Sam is a certified PMP, CPBPM, and PCAS. He is training as a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher through the U-Mass Oasis Institute. He’s pursuing on certification in Transformational Coaching, NPL, CBT, and becoming a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
